AD&Co. Update

My my, did 2005 fly; and it’s been quite a view from the top. Readers of the AD&Co. Update would attest, since that’s exactly where we like to keep them—on top of things. And while we will continue in 2006 to make the AD&Co. Update the hub of all things new and great at AD&Co., a flyby of 2005 updates past seems an appropriate send off to a prosperous year.

January	- The 5.1b Enhanced PP Model & OAS Spreadsheet v5.2c models were released - Rob Landauer touted the benefits of the new Subprime Model at the ABS West Conference. - We gave a friendly reminder to clients to replace those expired license keys.
February	- We announced the new hires of Kyle Lundstedt & John Ferrante who still like us and so have decided to stay! - We sent out word that our much anticipated annual conference would span the country from New York City to San Francisco.
March	- New Prepayment Model versions 4.3.4a and 5.0.1a were broadcast. - New Tuning Recommendations were posted.
April	- We urged readers -- Puzzled by Today’s Market? Don’t Be Because our Mortgage Market Mosaic: Tools & Techniques to See the Big Picture conference would help put the pieces together.
May	- One last notice to rally the fixed income community to our bi-coastal conference - Readers learned that the Enhanced Prepayment Model became available in Derivative Solutions.
