Focus on Client Support

We have worked hard over the years to deliver professional support in a timely and consultative manner. Nothing is more important to us than ensuring all of our client needs are served and well supported. In our efforts to maintain this gold standard of service as our client base grows, we have created a new account management structure with added personnel.
We are pleased to introduce Laura Gridley and Suzanne West, as our new account managers. Laura has been working at AD&Co. for 5 years supporting our consulting practice while Suzanne joins us from a management consulting firm in New York.
Laura and Suzanne will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your account, including distribution of license keys, dlls, datafiles and contracts as well as the first line of defense for any model related questions. Be assured that if Laura or Suzanne do not immediately know the answer to your inquiry, they will escalate the question to the appropriate department for an expeditious and complete response. As before, all of the resources of the firm will be made available to support our clients. The account managers will be responsible for marshalling these resources.
Each client has been assigned to one of the account managers. Laura’s clients are concentrated in Boston and west coast accounts, and Suzanne’s account focus rests on New York and Washington DC firms. Clients in the remaining areas have been distributed equally between Laura and Suzanne. All clients have already been contacted by their respective account manager.
Sekiko Garrison will continue to be responsible for business development and client relations for our west coast and Japanese prospects and clients. Rob Landauer remains Director of Business Development with specific market responsibility for the rest of the country and the overall business management for the firm.
