REMINDER: Update Your License Keys - Download Available on My AD&Co

If you haven't already done so, please update your model license key!

 

The key that you are currently using will expire on January 31, 2012. Please delete the old key immediately and replace with the new one to avoid receiving an expired license error message.

 

To download a new key:

 

1. Logon to My AD&Co, using your email address and password
2. Click on the link, "Please click here to access downloadable files for all current VECTORS™ licenses and trials" under "My VECTORS™ DOWNLOADS"
3. On the Licenses and Trials page under "Active License", click on one of the links, "click here to download data files, model dll and license key for this model"
4. On the VECTORS™ Support Downloads page, under the third gray heading, "MODEL LICENSE KEY", you should see your model license key with a new expiration date, "07/31/2012".
5. Click on the "Download Now" link adjacent to the license key expiration date.

If you do not see the new expiration date, "07/31/2012", please contact Cody, cody@ad-co.com, or Rashad, rashad@ad-co.com.

 

*Important Note* If you are using the model through multiple systems or through Excel in addition to other systems, you MUST replace the license key for all systems and in ALL corresponding directories. Failing to do so may result in a license expired error. Also, you may have to restart your spreadsheet or computer for changes to take effect.
