Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at AD&Co

We practice diversity, equity and inclusion in several ways.

We make sure that we are doing everything we can to instill the values of DEI in our policies, procedures, and practices and promote equitable practices within the firm.

We use broad hiring search parameters to include a wide range of candidates for a diversity of populations.  We don’t discriminate on the basis of race, color, sexuality, gender, age or experience. We find the best candidate for the job with an open mind and without prejudice.

We offer opportunities to spark discussions on DEI. We sponsor activities to enhance cultural awareness, such as museum visits, movie nights, book clubs, and games.

We encourage other members of the structured finance community to increase their awareness of DEI and its best practices. We also coordinate activities around corporate social responsibility, diversity partnerships, and community service efforts.
