(“AD&Co”).  This Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, and handle information about you through our website and related services.  By using this site, you consent to the practices we describe here.  For these purposes, “you” includes the company or other entity you represent.

This Privacy Statement forms part of the Terms of Use that govern our site, so please read the entire Terms.  You may also have a separate written agreement with AD&Co, as our customer or otherwise.  In that case, the Terms and Privacy Statement supplement, but do not supersede or modify anything in your written agreement.

What Information We Collect

We collect information about you when you provide it to us, such as when you interact with us as a customer or potential customer.  This could include your name, organization, contact information, professional credentials, interest in our products and services, and other business-related information.

If you have an AD&Co user account that gives you defined access to the site, we collect information specific to your use of the site.  This may include time and date of visits, pages and features of the site accessed, user preferences, search history, download history, and, in some cases, IP address.  Because this usage information is tied to your account, it is identified with you and helps us manage our business relationship with you, including any products and services you receive from us.  

For all visitors to the site, including those not logged in under an AD&Co user account, we collect more general information about traffic and activity, such as geographic area, device and software used, and referral source. This information does not identify the user personally.  Regardless, we reserve the right to identify or track specific users for safety or security reasons, to investigate a violation of the Terms or applicable law, or for other reasons we determine in good faith are appropriate.
