Ian Kavuma joined Andrew Davidson & Co., Inc. as an intern and now works to maintain and repair IT systems at the firm. Prior to joining AD&Co, Ian obtained a BA in Business Management with a minor in Economics from City College, CUNY. Afterward, he attended a boot camp for web development at New York Code & Design Academy, where he worked on projects utilizing HTML, CSS, Ruby on Rails, and JavaScript.
Ian regularly participates in Data Driven NYC Meetups to learn how new companies are adopting emerging technology trends. He also attends IT workshops on cloud computing and virtualization infrastructure.
Ian is a husband and a father. A sports fanatic, he likes to watch soccer, tennis, and Formula 1 racing, and often plays cricket with the Lions cricket team in Union City, NJ.
