Joni Baker
Behavioral Modeling
Joni Baker joined the Behavioral Modeling team at Andrew Davidson & Co. in June 2022. From a previous job at State Auto, she brings experience in developing predictive models, processes, and tools to support pricing decisions in the insurance industry. She also consulted for the U.S. Defense industry at Daniel H. Wagner Associates for many years. During that time, she won several SBIR contracts and developed advanced algorithms for applications such as anti-mine warfare and missile defense. Joni received her PhD in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned an Excellence in Teaching award.
In her spare time, Joni enjoys jogging, painting, reading, and live music.
